Schedule for 2010 Spring Band Concert

Dress Rehearsal Times
Hi-Lighters 5:00pm
CSS 5:20pm
Band 5:40pm
Concert Choir 6:00pm
Fr. Choir 6:00pm
Dress Attire: Band: Marching Band Uniform, no sash. Blk socks, marching band shoes, t-shirt/shorts underneath uniform.
Arrival Time: 5:30 PM (we will change into uniforms after our dress rehearsal)
On Stage: 5:35 PM – (You will need to be in your seat by 5:35)
Uniforms: 6:00-6:30 PM Change into uniforms. Section leaders are responsible for uniform checks. I will check-in with section leaders concerning uniforms.
Tune 6:30 PM All section leaders are to have tuners for their sections. At 6:38 we will tune together.
Percussion 6:30 PM Check stage for instruments with Mr. Krueger.
On-Stage/ 6:55 PM No Instruments (leave in a safe place in band room)
In Uniform Sitting in band concert seats on stage.
Concert 7:00 PM Let the show begin!!
