Fall Choral Concert! Sunday November 6, 4:00pm

Posted By mmangan

Date: November 2nd, 2011

We have been working hard, and the time is here!  This Sunday the Concert Choir, along with the Center St. Singers and Five Men of the Night will present the Fall Choral Concert at St. John’s church!  Concert start time is 4:00pm. Musical selections will range from Aaron Copland to Earth, Wind and Fire, so there is something for everyone!

As for students involved in the concert, We are asking everyone to be at the church and ready to sing at 2:30pm.  This means getting there before 2:30 (2:15 or 2:20), so we can start on time.  We are on a very tight schedule before the concert starts, so be early!

The “Dress Rehearsal” schedule will go as follows:

Concert Choir: 2:30-3:00pm

Five Men of the Night: 3:00-3:15pm

Center St. Singers: 3:15-3:30pm

3:40pm – Everyone is gathered in the Chapel to focus and center ourselves before the concert starts.

4:00pm – Showtime!

LHS Music Department Annual Fruit Sale

Posted By mmangan

Date: October 26th, 2011

It’s time for the annual fruit and cheese sale! This tradition has been very successful in the past for the LHS Music Department. Our students are being asked to help support our spectacular music department here by selling fruit, cheeses, nuts and meat.

We will have the same supplier – the quality of this produce is sensational and makes a great healthy gift.

To order, contact your favorite LHS band or choir student or contact Margaret Mulligan at mugsmulli@gmail.com

  Thank you for your support.
